1. Introduction and Contract Formation
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on the website www.drobeluggage.com (the "Website"), operated by Drobe AS, a Norwegian company registered in Oslo (Org. No. 931 234 567) ("Drobe", "we", "our"). These Terms govern the relationship between Drobe and you ("you" or the "Customer") when you buy any Drobe product through the Website for personal, non-commercial use.
Drobe is not just a luggage company. We design modular travel systems that adapt to how people live and move today. By purchasing from us, you’re not just buying a product, you’re entering into an agreement for quality, responsibility, and service.

We will always contact you via the email address you provide with your order. Please ensure it is accurate and actively monitored.
1.2 When you place an order on the Website, you are submitting a binding request to purchase the items in your cart. The products displayed on the Website do not constitute a contractual offer, they are an invitation to explore and purchase, subject to availability and confirmation.
To make a purchase, you’ll need to provide complete and accurate details, including your name, billing and delivery address, payment information, and contact details. You may modify your selection at any time before clicking the “Place Order” button.
Before placing your order, you will be asked to review and confirm:

By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above.
1.3 Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase.
The purchase agreement between you and Drobe is only concluded once we send a Shipping Confirmation Email, which confirms that your items have been dispatched. This final confirmation will include a digital receipt and a copy of these Terms.
If we are unable to accept your order (e.g., due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other reasonable grounds), we will notify you by email and will not charge you for the product.
In the event of any ambiguity or delay, your order will be deemed not accepted if no shipping confirmation is sent within 5 business days of your order confirmation.
If you have selected PayPal or similar direct payment services, the Agreement may be deemed concluded at the point payment is confirmed.
2. Product Information, Availability & Descriptions
2.1 We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to reflect the true color, finish, and functionality of our luggage systems, variations may occur depending on display settings, production batches, and custom configurations.
2.2 All Drobe products are subject to availability. If a product is temporarily or permanently unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been processed and the item cannot be delivered, we will issue a full refund using the original method of payment.
2.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale, to discontinue products, or to revise features or specifications at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders already accepted by us.
2.4 We also reserve the right to withdraw or suspend promotional offers at our discretion and to correct pricing errors on the Website at any stage prior to shipment confirmation.
3. Pricing, Duties & Payment
3.1 All prices listed on the Website are shown in either EUR or NOK, depending on your selected region. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices, including reservation fees, are valid only for the time period stated and do not guarantee future availability at the same rate.
3.2 Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your shipping country. If such fees are not specified at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We work with shipping partners to include landed costs for many countries, and you will be notified of any known charges before placing your order.
3.3 Payment can be made securely via major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as through Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Link 1-click checkout where available. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by our third-party payment gateway.
3.4 Your payment method will be charged at the time the order is confirmed. If your order is not accepted or cannot be fulfilled, the full amount will be refunded via your original payment method.
3.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged by our fraud prevention systems or if pricing errors occur. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payments already made.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Reservations do not include any physical delivery and therefore have no shipping associated. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. If free shipping or a promotional shipping offer applies to your order, this will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4.2 Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page and/or during checkout. For pre-orders, shipping begins once production is complete and items have passed final quality control. Any delays will be communicated by email. Estimated dates are indicative and not guaranteed.
4.3 Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
4.4 All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. If the parcel is damaged on arrival, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
4.5 We do not currently support pickup options. Orders must be shipped to a physical delivery address. We reserve the right to decline orders shipping to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

5. Pre-Orders and Withdrawls
5.0 Please note: Pre-orders are considered binding commitments. Because each pre-order is directly tied to a production batch, it cannot be refunded or canceled before the corresponding production has been completed and your batch is ready for dispatch. Once production is finalized, requests for withdrawal may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
5.1 If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email within this time period.
5.2 In addition to your statutory right, Drobe offers a 30-day return window for unused products in original condition and packaging. This extended period applies from the date of delivery and is subject to the product being returned undamaged and complete with all original parts.
5.3 To initiate a return or withdrawal, please contact us at support@drobeluggage.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions by email.
5.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage, missing components, or excessive wear not in line with expected handling.
5.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5.6 Products that have been personalized, heavily used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or withdrawal.
