Warranty Policy

For Drobe luggage systems

1. Scope and Duration

Drobe offers a 5-year limited warranty on all modular luggage systems purchased directly through our website or authorized retail partners. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal, intended use.

Our modular system is designed to support longevity through repair and replacement, not disposal. We encourage customers to repair, not replace, and we’ve made it easy to do just that.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers functional defects in the following components:

• Frame and shell integrity
• Modular rails and dividers
• Wheels and axles
• Handle systems
• TSA locking mechanism
• Internal modular compartments

In the event of a covered defect, Drobe will offer a suitable solution including free replacement parts, repair instructions, or (where applicable) full product replacement.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, stains)
• Damage from misuse, impact, drops, or overloading
• Airline or third-party carrier damage
• Water exposure outside specified resistance zones
• Altered, tampered, or disassembled products not done via Drobe channels
• Lost or stolen items
• Commercial or industrial use unless otherwise stated

4. How to File a Claim

To make a claim, please email support@drobeluggage.com with the following:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We typically respond within 3–5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement options.

We do not publish standard pricing for repairs, because as the manufacturer, we control the cost. This allows us to offer our members access to premium-quality parts at unmatched value, with no middleman, no inflated margins, and no compromise.

To access these benefits, your membership must be registered to your name and activated through an eligible purchase made directly from drobeluggage.com or an authorized Drobe retail partner. A unique Drobe Member ID is assigned upon confirmed purchase, which must be verified when accessing support, repairs, or exclusive offers.

Ownership must remain under the original registered member. Benefits and services associated with the Drobe Lifetime Member Club are non, transferable and do not extend to resold or second-hand products unless otherwise approved by Drobe in writing.

6. Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. No agent or reseller is authorized to modify the terms of this warranty.
