• Contact details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address
• Account information: order history, communication preferences
• Payment and order data: payment method, transaction ID (via secure third parties)
• Website usage data: IP address, device type, browser info, cookies
• Marketing preferences: opt-in status, tracking pixels (e.g. TikTok, Meta)
• Digital luggage tag: if you set up the NFC tag on your Drobe, the contact details you choose to add (such as your name, phone number, email address, address or travel details) are shown to anyone who scans the tag, so a lost trunk can be returned to you. You can change or remove them at any time in your Members account.

We process your data for the following reasons:

• To fulfill orders and provide customer service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR)
• To send marketing communications if you opt in (Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
• To improve our services and website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR)
